How do I create an account?
Click "Get started" in the navigation bar and follow the simple sign-up process. You'll be ready to browse or list properties in seconds.
Is STRMarket really free?
Yes! Creating an account, browsing listings, and creating property listings are completely free. Premium features will be available in the future for optional upgrades.
Do I need to be a buyer or seller?
No, you can be both! Your account works for browsing properties as a buyer and listing properties as a seller.
For Buyers
How do I search for properties?
Visit the Browse page to see all available listings. Use filters to narrow down by location, price, yield, and other metrics that matter to you.
Can I contact sellers directly?
Yes! Each listing has an inquiry form where you can message the seller directly through our platform.
What financial data is available?
Listings include asking price, annual gross revenue, occupancy rates, gross yield, cap rate, and expense information when provided by the seller.
For Sellers
How do I create a listing?
After signing in, go to your dashboard and click "New Listing". Fill in your property details, upload photos, and add your financial data. You can save drafts and publish when ready.
What photos should I upload?
Upload high-quality photos that showcase your property's best features. Include exterior shots, interior rooms, and any unique amenities. There's no limit on photo uploads.
How do I manage inquiries?
All buyer inquiries appear in your dashboard under "Inquiries". You can view messages and respond directly through the platform.
Can I edit my listing after publishing?
Yes, you can edit your listing details, photos, and financial information anytime from your dashboard.

I'm having trouble uploading photos
Photos should be JPG, PNG, or WebP format and under 5MB each. If you're still having issues, try a different browser or contact our support team.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page. We'll send you an email with instructions to reset your password.
